safety policy
- Please wear a mask to your appointment
- We have strict no companion , no children, no pets, no outside food policy.
cancellation/reschedule Policy
- We require a CREDIT CARD ON HOLD when booking an appointment
- We have a firm 24 hours cancellation/ rescheduling / no show up policy.
- Any no shows, cancelled or changed appointments within 24 hours will be charged of late fees of $30
- If you arrived more then 15 min late your appointment will be rescheduled and considered as same-day cancellation and those fees will be apply
Payment Policy
- We accept Venmo, CashApp, all major credit cards.
- For all credit card transactions there will be 4.5% tax added.
- Gratitude on minimum of 20% of the service is not included.
- And will be great appreciate if left in cash or Venmo

refund policy
- Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance for us.
- Please note that ones service are carried out, there can be No Refunds.
- No Refunds are given for partially used package or service purchases.
